Who we are
Crawl space reconditioning is the heart of the business. Everything else grew around it.
Watertight Waterproofing is owned and run by Zach Roberson. The core of the business is crawl space reconditioning, which is all of the moisture control, insulation and repair work that makes the space under a house dry and healthy again. Around it sit basement waterproofing, mold remediation and joist and beam repair, because homeowners want one crew that can handle all of it.
The technician who inspects your house is the one who explains the plan. Our people work in protective suits and respirators when the job calls for it, and they leave the site clean. And when you call, someone answers.

Home base is southwest Jefferson County. We work every neighborhood in Louisville, plus Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer, Nelson, Hardin and Meade counties, and southern Indiana across the bridges: Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville and Sellersburg.
