Crawl spaces, slabs and the damage a wet decade does

Highview's neighborhoods were built in waves from the 1960s through the 1980s: ranches and two-stories off Fern Valley, Smyrna and Beulah Church roads, mostly on crawl spaces with some slabs and a few basements on the rolling ground toward Cedar Creek.
