Privacy policy
Watertight Waterproofing (“we”) operates watertightwaterproof.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the problem. We use them to contact you about your request and to do the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent this information.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how people find and use the site. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and the source of the visit. You can opt out with browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Forms and spam protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes limited technical data to do that. Photos you attach to a request are stored with your request so we can understand the problem before we visit.
Calls and text messages
If you ask us to call or text you, we use your phone number only to contact you about your request, your estimate and your job. Message frequency varies with your project, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.
Estimates, quotes and invoices
When we prepare a quote or invoice for you, we keep your name, contact details, property address and the details of the work so we can do the job, bill for it and honor your warranty. Quote and invoice emails are sent from [email protected] through our email delivery provider.
Google reviews and maps
Some pages show our Google reviews and a Google map. Those come from Google, and Google may collect data when they load, under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep request, quote, invoice and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, support your warranty and keep normal business and tax records. Spam and abandoned requests are deleted.
