The work
How a job like this goes
An interior basement system opens a channel around the perimeter of the floor, sets perforated drain tile in washed gravel at the footing and runs it to a sealed sump. The walls get a drainage membrane or liner so anything coming through the block runs down behind it into the drain. The channel is poured back level and the discharge is run outside and away from the house.
