The shop is off Dixie Highway near Valley Station. Most of the week the crew is under houses across Jefferson County, and the same trucks run to Bullitt, Oldham, Shelby, Hardin and Nelson counties and across the river into southern Indiana.

What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Leave a message outside those hours and we call back the next business morning. If water is coming in right now, say so in the message and we move you to the front.
Do you come out for free?
Yes. The inspection and the written scope and price cost nothing and carry no obligation.

Can I send you photos?
Yes. Email them to [email protected] with your address, or attach them to the estimate form. Photos of the wet spot, the crawl space entrance and any standing water help the technician plan the visit.
Do you handle insurance claims?
When the damage is a covered loss (a burst pipe, a failed water heater), yes: we document the job the way adjusters need it. Long-term seepage is usually not covered, and we will tell you that up front.
