Watertight is based off Dixie Highway in southwest Louisville, and most of the crew’s week is inside Jefferson County. The same trucks also run to Bullitt, Spencer, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Hardin and Meade counties in Kentucky, and across the river to Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties in southern Indiana.
