Before
Where it started
Painted block walls with patched spots and a plywood patch high on the wall, and a concrete saw, a demolition hammer and a coiled extension cord on the floor. This is what the middle of a basement job looks like before the system goes in.
After
How it was left
The same corner and the same plywood patch, now with white liner across the walls and a finished dark floor. The tools are gone.

The work
How a job like this goes
Once the perimeter is open, drain tile goes in at the footing, the liner is fitted to the walls and sealed at the top, the channel is closed with new concrete and the floor is finished. The crew leaves the site clean.
- Perimeter opened only as far as needed
- Drain tile, gravel, liner, sump
- Concrete closed and floor finished
- Site cleaned before the crew leaves
