Project
A cluttered crawl space, cleared and lined
A crawl space with a large flexible duct lying across old sheeting and debris, then the same space with the duct lifted and a clean liner across the floor.

Before
Where it started
A large flexible duct lying across old torn sheeting and loose debris, under the joists and pipes, with a machine with a green display in the corner. Everything on the ground has to come out before the space can be made right.
After
How it was left
The same joists and pipes, with the flexible duct lifted off the floor, and the ground cleared and covered by a white liner. The space is bright enough to see the framing properly.

The work
How a job like this goes
Reconditioning is the full reset: everything ruined comes out, mold is treated, water is drained if it is present, the liner goes down, insulation is replaced where it belongs and any weakened wood is repaired. One crew, one scope, one warranty.
- Cleanout to bare ground
- Mold treated, water drained
- Liner and insulation replaced
- Wood repaired where moisture weakened it
