A long, unfinished basement, lined and sealed
A long, low basement with exposed block, steel posts and ductwork, then the same view with white-lined walls and a smooth sealed floor.

Exposed block and posts to lined walls and a sealed floor
One pair of photos from the same Watertight job. Drag the line to compare. Nothing staged, nothing stock.

Same job, before and after
Watertight's own technicians
Lifetime, transferable
Before
Where it started
Exposed block walls, steel support posts, ductwork and pipes overhead, and a stained concrete floor with cables across it. The furnace and a white utility cabinet are on the far wall. Nothing about the space is finished.
After
How it was left
The same posts, ducts and utilities, now against white-lined walls with a smooth, sealed floor running the length of the room. The stairs and the far wall are recognizably the same; the floor and walls are not.

The work
How a job like this goes
The perimeter of the floor is opened, drain tile is set at the footing in gravel and run to a sealed sump, the walls are covered with a liner that directs any water into the drain, and the channel is closed with new concrete. The floor is then sealed.
- Interior perimeter drainage
- Wall liner over the block
- Sealed sump and discharge
- Floor closed and sealed
